Strawberry Banana Cobbler

Ingredients
  Ripe bananas 3
  Canned strawberry pie filling 21 Ounce (1 Can)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Vanilla 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Coconut bar cookies 9 , crumbled
  Chopped pecans 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Vanilla ice cream/Light cream 1
Directions

Peel and slice bananas; place in 10 x 6 x 2-inch baking dish.
Mix pie filling, lemon juice, and vanilla; spoon over bananas.
Micro-cook, uncovered, 6 minutes, turning dish every 2 minutes.
Mix cookies and pecans; sprinkle over fruit.
Cook, uncovered, 1 minute.
Serve warm with ice cream or light cream.
