Strawberry Rhubarb Crisp

Ingredients
  Fresh rhubarb 2 Pound
  Strawberry flavored gelatin 3 Ounce (1 Package)
  Cornstarch 1 Tablespoon
  Unsifted flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄2
  Packed brown sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Butter/Regular margarine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Wash rhubarb; cut off and discard leaves.
Cut rhubarb stalks into 3/4" pieces.
You will need 5 c. diced rhubarb.
Arrange rhubarb in 8" square glass baking dish.
Combine strawberry gelatin powder and cornstarch in bowl.
Sprinkle over rhubarb.
Combine flour, sugar, brown sugar and cinnamon in bowl.
Place butter in glass measuring cup.
Microwave butter at high setting 1 minute, or until melted.
Stir butter into flour mixture and mix until crumbly.
Sprinkle over rhubarb.
Microwave at high setting 9 minutes, or until rhubarb is tender, rotating dish one-quarter turn after 4 minutes.
Let stand on wooden board or heatproof surface 30 minutes before serving.
