Strawberry Cream

Ingredients
  Gin 2 Ounce (60 Milliliter)
  Sliced fresh strawberries 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Ounce (30 Milliliter)
  Cream 2 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Soda water 4 Fluid Ounce
Directions

Put the gin, strawberries, lemon juice, cream and sugar into an electric blender.
Whirl on high speed for 15 seconds.
Pour into a tall glass over ice cubes.
Add a little soda water and stir.
