Homemade Strawberry Banana Shake
|Banana||1 Large, peeled and cut into 1/2 inch thick slices|
|Lemon juice||1 Teaspoon|
|Strawberry nonfat frozen yogurt||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Frozen unsweetened strawberries||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Skim milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Vanilla extract||1 Teaspoon|
Combine banana and lemon juice; toss gently to coat.
Place banana slices on a baking sheet.
Cover and freeze 1 hour or until firm.
Combine banana, yogurt, and remaining ingredients in container of an electric blender; cover and process until smooth, stopping twice to scrape down sides.
