Homemade Strawberry Banana Shake

Ingredients
  Banana 1 Large, peeled and cut into 1/2 inch thick slices
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Strawberry nonfat frozen yogurt 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Frozen unsweetened strawberries 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Skim milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine banana and lemon juice; toss gently to coat.
Place banana slices on a baking sheet.
Cover and freeze 1 hour or until firm.
Combine banana, yogurt, and remaining ingredients in container of an electric blender; cover and process until smooth, stopping twice to scrape down sides.
