|Whipping cream||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
Sprinkle the strawberries with sugar to taste and crush the berries.
Reserve 6 whole berries for decoration.
Beat the egg whites until stiff.
Beat the whipping cream until stiff.
Gently mix together the berries, whipped cream, and stiff egg whites.
Spoon this into dessert bowls.
Put 1 whole berry on top of each serving
