Ingredients
  Whipping cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Grand marnier 2 Tablespoon
  Egg white 1
  Liquid honey 1 Tablespoon
  Strawberries 12 Ounce, halved (350 Gram)
  Frosted strawberry leaves 4 (For Garnish)
Directions

1. Combine the cream and Grand Marnier, then whip until it holds its shape.
2. Whisk the egg white until stiff, then whisk in the honey. Fold into the cream.
3. Set aside a few strawberry halves for decoration. Fold the rest into the cream mixture.
