|Sliced fresh strawberries||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Frozen strawberry daiquiri fruit juice concentrate||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), thawed|
|Champagne||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), chilled|
|Lemon-flavored sparkling water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chilled|
Place sliced strawberries in container of an electric blender; cover and process until smooth.
Pour strawberry puree into a pitcher; add strawberry juice concentrate, and stir well.
Cover and chill.
Just before serving, stir in champagne and sparkling water.
Pour into chilled champagne flutes.
Garnish with fresh strawberries, if desired.
