Creamy Strawberry Mould
|Fresh strawberries||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Low calorie strawberry flavored gelatin||4 Tablespoon|
|Boiling water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Dairy sour cream||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Cold water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
In blender container or food processor bowl, puree-? cup of the strawberries.
Slice the remaining berries; set aside.
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Stir in pureed berries, sour cream, cold water, and vanilla.
Chill till partially set (consistency of unbeaten egg whites).
Beat at high speed of electric mixer till light and fluffy.
Fold in remaining sliced berries.
Turn into a 4-cup mold.
Chill several hours or till firm.
Unmold to serve
