Summer Strawberry Blaster
|Strawberry gelatin||1 (sugar free)|
|Boiling water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Skim milk||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Dissolve the strawberry gelatin in the boiling water.
Allow to cool to lukewarm.
Stir in cold skim milk. (If water is hot, milk will appear to curdle.) Pour into a flat cake pan.
Break into pieces and process in a food processor or blender into a slush.
