Strawberries Sabayon

Ingredients
  Egg yolks 4
  Honey 1 Tablespoon
  Grand marnier 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Heavy cream 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), whipped
  Fresh strawberries 1 Quart (washed, hulled, and dried on paper towel)
Directions

In the top of a double boiler, with a hand beater or an electric beater set at medium speed, beat egg yolks until thick.
Gradually add honey, beating until mixture is light and thick.
Place over hot water, continue to beat, and slowly add the Grand Marnier.
Continue beating for about 5 minutes, or until mixture is fluffy.
Remove from heat and set boiler in pan of ice water.
Beat until custard mixture is cool.
Fold in whipped cream, cover, and chill.
Place prepared berries in a large serving bowl or individual dessert dishes.
Stir chilled sauce and pour over the fruit.
