Strawberry Cream

Ingredients
  Cold milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Unflavored gelatin 2 Tablespoon
  Unsweetened apple juice/Grape juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), heated
  Honey 2 Tablespoon
  Strawberries/16 ounce package, frozen unsweetened 1 Quart
  Egg yolks 2
  Heavy cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Ice cubes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Pour cold milk into blender container, add gelatin and hot juice.
Cover and process at low speed for about 1 minute.
Remove cover and add honey, berries, and egg yolks.
Process until berries are pureed.
Add the cream and ice, then process at medium speed until ice is completely liquified.
Pour immediately into individual dessert dishes or sherbet glasses.
Allow to set for at least 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
