Strawberry Orange Ice

Ingredients
  Strawberries 3 Pint, hulled
  Orange juice 1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)
  Sugar 1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

1. In blender at high speed or in food processor with knife blade attached, blend one-third of all ingredients at a time until smooth. Pour strawberry mixture into 13" by 9" baking pan (or, if you like, press strawberries through food mill into large bowl; stir in remaining ingredients).
2. Cover pan with foil or plastic wrap and freeze, stirring occasionally, until partially frozen, about 4 hours.
3. Spoon strawberry mixture into chilled large bowl; with mixer at medium speed, beat until smooth but still frozen. Return mixture to pan; cover and freeze until firm, about 3 hours.
