Strawberries Sabayon is an amazingly delicious dessert recipe. A delicious Strawberries Sabayon will surely tempt you to serve to your loved ones.
  Vanilla ice cream 1 Quart
  Fresh strawberries 1 1⁄2 Pound, rinsed and hulled
  Sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Grand marnier 2 Tablespoon
  Egg yolks 6
  Sweet marsala wine 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Dry white wine 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)

Spoon approximately 1/2 cup ice cream into 6 large crystal bowls or goblets.
Store in freezer until needed.
Place strawberries in a large bowl, sprinkle on 1/4 cup sugar and the Grand Marnier.
Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours, turning occasionally.
Place egg yolks and 1/2 cup sugar in top of a large double boiler.
Set aside.
Measure out the Marsala and white wine.
