Strawberry Jewel Dessert

Ingredients
  Boiling water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Strawberry flavored gelatin 6 Ounce (4 Packages, 3 Ounce Each)
  Cold water 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Sliced strawberries 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped pecans 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Dairy sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Pour boiling water over gelatin in a bowl and stir until gelatin is dissolved.
Mix in cold water.
Chill until gelatin is slightly thickened, stirring often.
Toss berries with sugar, and fold with pecans into 2 cups of gelatin; turn into a 9-cup tubed mold.
Chill until almost set, but not firm.
Add sour cream to remaining gelatin; whip until foamy.
Spoon over layer in mold.
Chill until firm, about 4 hours.
Unmold.
Garnish with whole strawberries.
Fill center with dairy sour cream
