Party Strawberry Cups
These cute looking Chocolate coated Strawberry cups are perfect for party or little get together. So much fun and easy to make party cups and fill them with whatever you love!
Ingredients
| Strawberry | 5 , washed | |
| Melted chocolate | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
| Chocolate chips | 1/4 Cup (4 tbs) | |
| For frosting: | ||
| Mascarpone cheese/Cream cheese | 8 Ounce | |
| Powdered sugar | 2/3 Cup (10.67 tbs) | |
| Heavy whipping cream | 2 Cup (32 tbs) | |
| Vanilla extract | 1 Teaspoon |
Directions
MAKING:
Cut the bottom(a little), stem and core the strawberries as shown in the video.
In an electric mixer, combine cheese, sugar, cream, vanilla extract and mix until fluffy.
Dip the bottom part of strawberry into melted chocolate and place on baking tray with parchment paper for chocolates to harden.
Fill piping bag/ pastry bag with prepared frosting. Fill strawberries with frosting and sprinkle chocolate chips if desired.
