Dry Rice in Freezer
- Take a baking sheet and spray it with non-stick cooking spray.
- Put the rice to be dried at the center of the baking sheet.
- Spread out the rice using a spoon or spatula. Ensure to spread it out in a thin layer to facilitate even and quick drying.
- Place the rice in the freezer for 30 minutes.
- Remove from freezer after 30 minutes; otherwise, the cooked rice will freeze.
- Let rice come back to room temperature.
- Blot dry with paper towels.
- Fry in oil to make delicious fried rice.
