|Sliced plums/Prunes||225 Gram (1 Cup)|
|Pitted cherries||225 Gram (1 Cup)|
|Fresh ginger slices||4|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Riesling||225 Gram (1 Cup, Late Harvest)|
Toss together peaches, nectarines, plums, cherries, ginger, and lemon juice.
Spoon into individual serving cups and pour Late Harvest Riesling over fruit.
Serve garnished with mint.
