Ingredients
  Sliced peaches 225 Gram (1 Cup)
  Sliced nectarines 225 Gram (1 Cup)
  Sliced plums/Prunes 225 Gram (1 Cup)
  Pitted cherries 225 Gram (1 Cup)
  Fresh ginger slices 4
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Riesling 225 Gram (1 Cup, Late Harvest)
Directions

Toss together peaches, nectarines, plums, cherries, ginger, and lemon juice.
Spoon into individual serving cups and pour Late Harvest Riesling over fruit.
Refrigerate.
Serve garnished with mint.
