|Clam juice||32 Ounce|
|Water||1 Quart (4 Cups)|
|Dry white wine||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Lemon||1 , seeded, thinly sliced|
|Celery stalks||1 , cut in 2 inch (With Leaves)|
|Onion||1 , halved|
|Carrots||2 , cut in 2 inch|
Bring clam juice, water, wine, lemon, vegetables and parsley to boil in 4 to 5 quart saucepan over high heat.
Reduce heat and simmer until liquid is reduced to 6 to 7 cups.
