Ingredients
  Clam juice 32 Ounce
  Water 1 Quart (4 Cups)
  Dry white wine 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Lemon 1 , seeded, thinly sliced
  Celery stalks 1 , cut in 2 inch (With Leaves)
  Onion 1 , halved
  Carrots 2 , cut in 2 inch
  Parsley sprigs 3
Directions

Bring clam juice, water, wine, lemon, vegetables and parsley to boil in 4 to 5 quart saucepan over high heat.
Reduce heat and simmer until liquid is reduced to 6 to 7 cups.
