Fish Stock

Ingredients
  Celery with tops 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Fennel/0.50 cup celeriac, chopped 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Onion/Carrots / turnips / parsnips 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Soy flour 1 Tablespoon
  Bay leaf 1
  Fennel seeds 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Parsley sprigs 1
  Dill sprig 1
  Dulse 1⁄4 Teaspoon, chopped
  Nutritional yeast 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Put all ingredients in a large pot and add water to cover.
Cover pot tightly.
Simmer gently for 30 minutes.
Strain.
