Basic Brown Stock

Ingredients
  Carrots 3
  French beans 10
  Onions 2
  Potatoes 2
  Tomatoes 2 Large, a small piece of cabbage or white pumpkin
  Salt To Taste (Optional)
Directions

Cut all the vegetables into big pieces.
Add 7 teacups of water and cook in a pressure cooker.
When cooked, pass through a sieve.
