Rich Chicken Stock
|Broiler chicken/Frying chicken||1 Kilogram|
|Ginger slice||1 Inch|
|Water||5 Cup (80 tbs)|
Place chicken in a large pot.
Add enough water to cover the chicken.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 1 1/2 hours.
Add scallions and gingerroot; simmer for 1/2 an hour.
Remove from heat.
Use in recipes calling for chicken stock or broth.
