Rich Chicken Stock

Ingredients
  Broiler chicken/Frying chicken 1 Kilogram
  Salt 3 Teaspoon
  Scallions/Green onions 2
  Ginger slice 1 Inch
  Water 5 Cup (80 tbs)
Directions

Place chicken in a large pot.
Add enough water to cover the chicken.
Add salt.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 1 1/2 hours.
Add scallions and gingerroot; simmer for 1/2 an hour.
Remove from heat.
Strain broth.
Use in recipes calling for chicken stock or broth.
