Ingredients
  Olive oil/Sunflower oil 15 Milliliter
  Carrots 2 , roughly chopped
  Onion 1 Large, roughly chopped
  Kombu 1
  Bay leaf 1
  Thyme sprig 1
  Water/Miso / shoyu 2 1⁄2 Pint (1.5 Liter)
Directions

MAKING
1.Heat oil in pan.
2.Stir in carrots, onion, kombu and bay leaf.
3.Pour water and simmer for 1 1/2 hours.
4.Strain the mixture and add seasoning of misu or shoyu.

SERVING
5.Serve warm.
