Fish Stock

Ingredients
  Fish 2 Pound
  Water 2 Quart
  Cloves 2
  Mace 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Celery stalks with tops 3 , diced
  Parsley sprigs 1 , chopped
  Bay leaf 1
  Peppercorns 5
  Salt 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a saucepan, add all the ingredients.
2. Cover the lid and bring the mixture to a boil.
3. Once boiled, lower the flame and simmer gently for 45 minutes.
4. Strain, cool, and store the stock in refrigerator.

SERVING
5. Use it to make soup that must be served in soup bowls.
