Slow Cooker Fish Stock

Ingredients
  Fish heads, tails, bones, skin, and trimmings 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Parsley 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), minced
  Carrot 1 Medium, chopped
  Celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Peppercorns 4
  Cloves 4
  Bay leaf 1
  Thyme 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Grated lemon rind 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
  White wine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

In slow-cooker, combine fish trimmings with rest of ingredients.
Cover and cook on LOW 4 hours.
Strain the stock and use for soups, sauces.
