Light Vegetarian Stock

Ingredients
  Onions 8 Ounce, chopped (200 Gram)
  Carrots 8 Ounce, chopped (250 Gram)
  Celery stalks 2 , chopped
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Turnip 1 Small, chopped
  Cauliflower/Broccoli 1 , chopped
  Water 3 Pint (1.8 Liter)
  Parsley stalks 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Thyme sprigs/1/2 teaspoon dried thyme 2
  Bay leaf 1
Directions

MAKING
1. In a sauce pan, add all the ingredients.
2. Boil and simmer gently for 1 hour.

SERVING
3. Strain, and serve.
