Simple Fish Stock
|Fish bones||1 Pound (450 G, From Sole, Flounder, Turbot Or Whiting)|
|Onion||1 , sliced|
|Chopped parsley/Parsley stalks||15 Gram (1 Cup)|
|Lemon peel strip||1|
|White wine||65 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)|
|Cold water||1 1⁄4 Liter (5 Cup)|
Break the bones into pieces and put them into a pan with all the other ingredients.
Partly cover the pan and simmer the stock for 20 minutes.
Pour the stock through a sieve.
Cool the stock and then keep in the refrigerator until it is needed.
