Ingredients
  Tiger prawns 6 Large
  Fish head skin bones/4 whole trout, cut into 4 pieces each, a more economical option 4 (Sea Bass, Salmon, Trout Or Any Fish Of That Size Will Do)
  Carrots 2 , cut into pieces
  Onions 2 , quartered
  Celery sticks 2 , roughly chopped
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm), halved
  Tomatoes 4 Large
  Tomato paste 4 Tablespoon
  Parsley stalks 3
Directions

Put all the ingredients in a large saucepan, cover with water and simmer for 50 minutes.
Strain and use as required.
You can put the remaining ingredients (except the heads and bones!) in a blender with 150 ml of the stock to make an instant fish soup.
