|Tiger prawns||6 Large|
|Fish head skin bones/4 whole trout, cut into 4 pieces each, a more economical option||4 (Sea Bass, Salmon, Trout Or Any Fish Of That Size Will Do)|
|Carrots||2 , cut into pieces|
|Onions||2 , quartered|
|Celery sticks||2 , roughly chopped|
|Garlic||3 Clove (15 gm), halved|
|Tomato paste||4 Tablespoon|
Put all the ingredients in a large saucepan, cover with water and simmer for 50 minutes.
Strain and use as required.
You can put the remaining ingredients (except the heads and bones!) in a blender with 150 ml of the stock to make an instant fish soup.
