Ingredients
  Pork ribs 1 Pound, blanched (500 Gram)
  Chicken pieces 12 Ounce, blanched (375 Gram)
  Duck pieces 12 Ounce, blanched (375 Gram)
  Smoked ham hock 12 Ounce (375 Gram)
  Spring onions 2 , coarsely chopped
  Ginger 2 Inch, sliced (2 Inch)
  Chinese rice wine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Water 5 Liter (20 Cups)
Directions

Combine all ingredients and simmer, uncovered, for 2 hours.
Strain stock through cheesecloth.
