  Turkey carcass 1 Pound
  Water 5 Cup (80 tbs)

1. In a large stock pot, place the turkey carcass.
2. Pour in water to cover it completely.
3. Let it simmer for about an hour.
4. Strain and store in the refrigerator.

5. Use the stock to made delicious soups.
