Homemade Poultry And Vegetable Stock

It is very simple to make poultry stock at home with the leftover parts of poultry, some vegetables, herbs and spices. This healthy stock can be used in soups, sauces and other recipes.
Ingredients
  Leftover poultry parts 3
  Onion 1 Large
  Carrot 1 Large
  Savory 1 Tablespoon
  Parsley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Celery stalks with leaves 2
  Vegetables 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Available)
  Peppercorn 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Tablespoon
  Bay leaf 1
  Water 8 Cup (128 tbs)
Directions

Heat a pan and add leftover poultry legs, wings, wings tips and caracass, and all other ingredients to it. Add water and bring it to boil and simmer for 10 minutes. Now reduce the heat and simmer for 2 hours. Strain it well. If you a need leaner stock refrigerate it and skim off the fats.
