Beef Up Your Chicken Stock

Ingredients
  Chicken stock 4 Cup (64 tbs) (Half Water/Half Canned Broth)
  Stock powder 1 Teaspoon
  Water 250 Milliliter (1 Cup)
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm)
  Thyme sprig 2
  Parsley sprigs 6
  Black peppercorns 6
Directions

1. Combine stock, garlic, thyme, parsley and pepper in a pot and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Strain before using.
