Beef Up Your Chicken Stock
|Chicken stock||4 Cup (64 tbs) (Half Water/Half Canned Broth)|
|Stock powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Water||250 Milliliter (1 Cup)|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm)|
1. Combine stock, garlic, thyme, parsley and pepper in a pot and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Strain before using.
