|Giblets||2 , trimming, backs hacked into pieces (From Duck)|
|Carrot||1 Small, cut in to chunks|
|Onion||1 , quartered|
|Celery rib||1 , chopped|
Put all ingredients into saucepan.
Cover with water.
Bring to a boil, half cover, and turn to medium heat.
Boil 30 minutes or longer.
Reduce to half.
