Duck Stock

Ingredients
  Giblets 2 , trimming, backs hacked into pieces (From Duck)
  Carrot 1 Small, cut in to chunks
  Onion 1 , quartered
  Celery rib 1 , chopped
  Thyme sprigs 3
  Parsley sprigs 3
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Put all ingredients into saucepan.
Cover with water.
Bring to a boil, half cover, and turn to medium heat.
Boil 30 minutes or longer.
Strain.
Reduce to half.
