Potato Garlic Stock

Ingredients
  Garlic 24 Clove (120 gm), crushed
  Onion 1 , unpeeled and quartered
  Carrot 1 , chopped
  Rib celery leaves 1 , chopped
  Turnip 1 , chopped
  Potatoes 4 , scrubbed and sliced
  Safflower oil/Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Water 6 Cup (96 tbs)
  Bay leaf 1
  Parsley sprigs 3
  Thyme sprig/Oregano 1
  Sage sprig/Summer savory 1
  White peppercorns 6 , crushed
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Lightly brown garlic, onion, carrot, celery and potatoes in oil in soup kettle.
Add remaining ingredients, cover, bring to boil, lower heat and simmer 2 hours.
Strain and adjust seasonings.
Jar, cool, cover and refrigerate.
