Fish Stock For Gefilte Fish

Ingredients
  Whole fish 1⁄2 Pound (With Skin, Bones, And Head)
  Carrots 2 , cut up
  Yellow onions 2 Small, peeled and chopped
  Celery stalks 4 , chopped
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Cover all ingredients with water, and simmer until the vegetables are soft.
Strain, and use the liquid for cooking the gefilte fish balls.
