Basic Vegetable Stock

Basic Vegetable Stock has a one of its kind taste.The Carrots and Pepper gives the Basic Vegetable Stock Amazing taste.
Ingredients
  Butter 2 Teaspoon
  Onions 2 Large, chopped
  Chopped carrots 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Celery sticks 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm)
  Ginger piece 1 , chopped
  Bay leaves 2
  Water 6 Cup (96 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Melt butter and fry onion until brown in colour.
Lower the flame and add carrots, celery, garlic, ginger, basil and bay leaves and fry for a few more minutes, stirring until slightly browned.
Add water and let it come to the boil.
Cover and simmer for 1 hour.
Add salt and pepper and further simmer for 30 minutes more.
Skim and strain the liquid through a fine sieve.
Use this stock when required.
