Hamburger Stew

The warm hamburger stew comes with a variety of vegetables, besides the meat. Hamburger pound is simmered in a crock pot with vegetables like carrots, green beans, peas, tomatoes, onions and beef broth. In addition some corn kernels are often added to the meat mixture. Hamburger stew recipe is primarily known for making appetizers. This meat stew doesn’t have cornstarch into the broth, thus the liquid is supposedly light in texture. The ingredients should be simmered over medium heat for as many hours as possible, especially for the meat to become soft and tender and absorb the juice from vegetables. For flavor, some cinnamon powder or cardamom can be mixed into the beef bouillon. Brown rice or rice pilaf can be served as an accompaniment to the hamburger stew.
