|Beef rump||2 Pound, cut in 1 1/2inch cubes|
|Pork shoulder||1⁄2 Pound, cut in 1 1/2inch cubes|
|Peeled diced potatoes||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Carrots||2 , scraped and sliced|
|Diced squash||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Green beans||1⁄2 Pound, julienned|
|Cabbage head||1⁄2 , shredded|
|Celery stalks||4 , halved|
|Onion||1 Large, sliced|
Add water and salt to beef and pork in a deep kettle.
Bring to a boil.
Cover; simmer for 2 hours, or until tender; add remaining ingredients; cover.
Simmer for 30 minutes, or until vegetables are tender
