Baked Veal Stew
|Veal shoulder||2 Pound, cut into cubes|
|Green beans||1 Pound|
|Canned tomatoes||20 Ounce (No 2 Can)|
Roll veal cubes in flourand brown in hor lard on all sides season.
Place in large greased casserole with onions and beans (whole), celery cut in 4 in pieces, tomatoes, and pepper cut in rings.
Cover and cook in moderate oven (350-F.) until meat is tender.
