Baked Veal Stew

Ingredients
  Veal shoulder 2 Pound, cut into cubes
  Lard 2 Tablespoon
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Fat 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Onions 3 Medium
  Green beans 1 Pound
  Celery stalks 3
  Canned tomatoes 20 Ounce (No 2 Can)
  Green pepper 1
Directions

Roll veal cubes in flourand brown in hor lard on all sides season.
Place in large greased casserole with onions and beans (whole), celery cut in 4 in pieces, tomatoes, and pepper cut in rings.
Cover and cook in moderate oven (350-F.) until meat is tender.
