Fisherman'S Stew With Fresh Fish

Ingredients
  Pork fat back slice 4
  Cod 3 Pound
  Onion 1 Medium, sliced
  Sliced potatoes 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Boiling water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Render out pork in a large saucepan.
Clean fish, remove skin, and cut into pieces.
Add fish and onion to fat, then add potatoes, seasonings, and boiling water.
Cook until potatoes and fish are tender (about 30 minutes).
