Freezer Mix Lentil Stew

Ingredients
  Frozen beef tomato 10 Ounce, frozen
  Water 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Lentils 1 Cup (16 tbs), uncooked
  Parsley sprigs 1
  Bay leaf 1
  Sliced mushrooms 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Carrot 1 Large, sliced
  Stalk celery 1 Large, sliced
  Red wine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Dip container of frozen mix into hot water just to loosen.
In dutch oven, heat frozen mix, water, lentils, parsley and bay leaf to boiling.
Reduce heat; cover and simmer, stirring frequently, until mix is thawed, about 20 minutes.
Stir in remaining ingredients; heat to boiling.
Reduce heat; cover and simmer until vegetables are tender, about 20 minutes.
Remove bay leaf.
