|Lean beef||1 Pound, cut in 1 1/2 inch cubes|
|Flour||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Black pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Water||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)|
|Cooked sliced carrots||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Canned whole kernel corn||1 Pound|
|Canned sweet potatoes||1 Pound|
|Zucchini||3 Small, sliced|
|Onion||1 , chopped|
|Green pepper||1 , chopped|
|Parsley||1 Tablespoon, chopped|
Dredge meat with mixture of flour, salt, and pepper.
Brown in oil in deep kettle.
Add water and liquid drained from canned vegetables.
Simmer for 2 hours; add vegetables.
Simmer for 20 to 30 minutes, sprinkle with parsley
