Ingredients
  Lean beef 1 Pound, cut in 1 1/2 inch cubes
  Flour 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Water 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Cooked sliced carrots 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Canned whole kernel corn 1 Pound
  Canned sweet potatoes 1 Pound
  Zucchini 3 Small, sliced
  Onion 1 , chopped
  Green pepper 1 , chopped
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon, chopped
Directions

Dredge meat with mixture of flour, salt, and pepper.
Brown in oil in deep kettle.
Add water and liquid drained from canned vegetables.
Cover.
Simmer for 2 hours; add vegetables.
Cover.
Simmer for 20 to 30 minutes, sprinkle with parsley
