This Venison Stew looks delicious ! What can I substitute Maggi seasonings with if I don't find it in the market. Also could you please tell if this stew is best eaten as it is or as an accompaniment ?

That looks absolutely awful - an inexcusable waste of good venison.

This looks ghastly! Nicely browned meat, done without crowding the pan as he does, would add flavor instead of the grey stuff he's showing you that needs Maggi to come up with any flavor. Sauteing the vegetables before dumping them all in a pot with only water would also help. As another poster commented - a terrible waste of good venison!

Hey! I made this Venison Stew recipe and it came out well :)I served this stew over mashed potatoes, with a spinach salad on the side and it was a winner!
