|Minute steak/Top round steak||1 Pound, cubed, cut into 4 pieces|
|Sweet potatoes||4 Medium|
|Green pepper||1 1⁄2 , sliced into rings|
|Chili sauce||12 Ounce (1 bottle)|
Place steak in a small roaster or 2 1/2 to 3-quart casserole.
Place potatoes, sweet potatoes, carrots, onions, green pepper rings and turnips on top of meat.
Season with salt and pepper as preparing stew.
Pour bottle of chili sauce over vegetables; fill bottle with water and pour over.
Bake at 375 degrees 1 hour and 30 minutes or until tender.
