Casserole Stew

The casserole stew is a meat stew that can be prepared with a minute or a top round steak. The meat is topped with poatoes and veggies like carrots and onions and chili sauce and baked to tenderness. The casserole stew can be served with a side salad.
Ingredients
  Minute steak/Top round steak 1 Pound, cubed, cut into 4 pieces
  Potatoes 4 Medium
  Sweet potatoes 4 Medium
  Carrots 4
  Onions 4
  Green pepper 1 1⁄2 , sliced into rings
  Turnips 4 Small
  Chili sauce 12 Ounce (1 bottle)
Directions

Place steak in a small roaster or 2 1/2 to 3-quart casserole.
Place potatoes, sweet potatoes, carrots, onions, green pepper rings and turnips on top of meat.
Season with salt and pepper as preparing stew.
Pour bottle of chili sauce over vegetables; fill bottle with water and pour over.
Bake at 375 degrees 1 hour and 30 minutes or until tender.
