|Onions||2 , cut in 0.5 inch slices|
|Condensed tomato soup||10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Water||60 Milliliter (Half Soup Can)|
|Potatoes||3 , peeled and cubed|
Place beef in 3-quart casserole.
Sprinkle with salt, basil and pepper.
Top with celery, carrots and onions.
Combine soup and water.
Pour over meat and vegetables, coating all pieces.
Cover tightly; bake in 300-degree oven for 3 hours.
Add potatoes and bake 45 minutes longer.
