  Broiler fryer 3 Pound, cut up
  Flour 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Paprika 2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Salad oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Onions 2 Medium, thickly sliced
  Canned tomatoes 28 Ounce
  Parsley 1⁄4 Bunch (25 gm)
  Poultry seasoning 2 Teaspoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm) (Whole)
  Peas 10 Ounce, frozen
  Elbow macaroni 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)

Two hours before serving, on wax paper combine flour, paprika, salt and pepper.
Coat chicken.
In Dutch oven, brown the chicken over mediumhigh heat in hot oil.
Remove chicken; add onions and cook till tender.
Add chicken, tomatoes, parsley (tied), 2 tsp. salt, poultry seasoning, garlic and 1 cup water.
Cook, covered, over low heat about 1 1/2 hours.
Remove from heat; discard parsley and garlic cloves and skim fat.
Add macaroni and cook over mediumhigh heat about 10 minutes.
Add peas and cook, covered, over low heat about 15 min. more.
