Beef And Vegetable Stew

Ingredients
  Oil 3 Tablespoon
  Carrots 2 Cup (32 tbs), cut in rounds
  Potatoes 6 , cubed
  Lean beef 2 Pound, cubed
  Thyme 1 Teaspoon
  Oregano 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Nutritional yeast 3 Tablespoon
  Onions 6 , sliced
  Tomatoes 2 Cup (32 tbs), stewed
Directions

Heat oil in pot.
Brown beef.
Arrange in layers, over beef, the carrots, potatoes, seasonings, onions and tomatoes.
Cover.
Simmer until meat is tender.
Serve over millet.
