Sweet Meat Stew
|Lean ground beef||1 1⁄2 Pound|
|Breadcrumbs||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Drained pineapple cube||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Green pepper||1 , chopped|
|Chopped canned peaches||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Rice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Mix meat, bread crumbs, eggs, oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Form mixture into meatballs.
Heat shortening in cooker.
Brown meat balls.
Add the rest of the ingredients.
Close cover and put pressure control in place.
When pressure is reached, cook for 8 minutes.
Cool cooker at once, and serve.
