Ingredients
  Oysters 1 Quart
  Milk 1 Quart
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (or margarine)
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Prepare the oysters and liquor as for scalloped oysters.
Heat tile liquor.
Add the oysters and simmer gently until the edges begin to curl.
Add the milk which has been scalded, butter, and seasoning.
