Rabbit Stew

Ingredients
  Rabbit 3 Pound
  Salt 2 Teaspoon (Leveled)
  Onions 6 Small
  Bay leaf 1
  Chopped celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Flour 3 Tablespoon (Leveled)
Directions

Dress and clean a rabbit weighing about 3 lbs.
Disjoint it in pieces for serving.
Place in a kettle with the chopped onions, bay leaf, chopped celery and salt.
Cover with cold water and allow to cook slowly until almost tender about 2 hrs.
Continue cooking until these vegetables are tender.
Moisten flour in a little cold water and add to stew.
When slightly thickened, serve hot.
