Throw-It In-The-Pot Stew

  Whole grain wheat/Millet or rice 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Water 6 Cup (96 tbs)
  Carrots 1
  Onions 1
  Potatoes 2
  Sea salt 1 Teaspoon
  Chopped wild greens 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Tamari soy sauce To Taste

Place all ingredients, except greens and tamari, in large pot and cook until grain is tender.
Add chopped wild greens, if available, for the last 5 to 10 minutes of cooking.
Add tamari to taste.
Any vegetables may be added to this stew.
