Throw-It In-The-Pot Stew

|Whole grain wheat/Millet or rice||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Water||6 Cup (96 tbs)|
|Sea salt||1 Teaspoon|
|Chopped wild greens||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Tamari soy sauce||To Taste|
Place all ingredients, except greens and tamari, in large pot and cook until grain is tender.
Add chopped wild greens, if available, for the last 5 to 10 minutes of cooking.
Add tamari to taste.
Any vegetables may be added to this stew.
